What is Dino Inventory?
Dino Inventory is an inventory operations application for managing products, purchasing, sales fulfillment, warehouses, transfers, stock counts, lot and serial traceability, and reporting.
Can I manage multiple warehouses?
Yes. The application includes branches, warehouses, storage locations, warehouse-scoped access, and transfer workflows with dispatch and receipt records.
Does Dino support partial fulfillment?
Yes. Sales workflows include partial reservations, picking, packing, shipments, and backorders. Transfers also support partial receipts and discrepancy records.
Can I track batches, expiry dates, and serial numbers?
Yes. Lot records support expiry dates, FEFO allocation, expiry alerts, and recalls. Serial records include history, location, and warranty references.
Does Dino Inventory use AI?
Yes. A multi-agent assistant answers operational questions by reading live workspace records through the same API and permissions as the person asking. A supervisor routes each question to one of six domain specialists, and the steps it took remain visible alongside the answer.
Which AI models does it run on?
Whichever you connect. Models are chosen per capability — chat, embeddings, reranking, speech, and transcription — from the provider you configure, each with a backup model. Free and paid models are listed together with their pricing.
Can the AI assistant see data a user is not allowed to see?
No. Every record the assistant reads is fetched with the signed-in user's own credentials, so warehouse scope, role, and branch access apply to the assistant exactly as they apply to the interface.
How do I access the application?
Open the sign-in page and use an account created by your workspace administrator. The public product tour shows representative screens before you sign in.
Are public screenshots connected to live business data?
No. The public screenshots use demonstration records captured from the application interface. Your operational data is accessed through authenticated API requests.
